How to Book

  1. Check the Events/Calendar page for a time that you would request a visit from Santa.
  2. Please fill out the form below to make a request for a Santa visit. This form will come directly to Santa, and he will get back to you in just a day or two when you include a current email address and phone number.
  3. Santa will contact you to confirm the time and will list it on the Events/Calendar page as a final confirmation of the event being scheduled.
  4. Pricing starts at $150 / hour but will vary with what type of event it is, the amount of travel, the number of persons in the party, and time involved. 
  5. Santa will not accept emailing, messaging, Facebook messages, texting or phone calls as a means of scheduling a visit or event. After the event has been approved, we can communicate in any of these agreed upon forms of communication.
  6. Booking is billed by the hour, anything past the hour over 20 minutes, constitutes an additional hour for billing. 
  7. Contact me for a quotation of a price for your event after you have completed the booking/inquiry form.
